His foray into the realm of electronic music dates back to 2004
when he adopted the DJ alias SHARX. Since then, he immersed
himself in music collection and selection, making his debut at
local underground parties and solidifying his presence in Bogotá's
premier clubs. Over time, he honed his technique and specialized
in the Electro genre.
Inspired by the overwhelming influence of the 1980s on music
and aesthetics, Carlos Agudelo, aka OWLDISCO, forged a musical
identity characterized by a fusion of synthetic sounds oscillating
between the somber and the vibrant, teh dark and the sexy.. His
repertoire spans genres ranging from italo and NuDisco to IDM,
Electro, EBM, and various forms of Techno. With an eclectic music
selection and impeccable technique, OWLDISCO delivers
powerful and dynamic DJ sessions that capture the essence of his
musical personality, establishing himself as a prominent figure in
the nocturnal sonic landscape.

His extensive experience has led him to perform at
renowned clubs such as BAUM and VIDECLUB, securing monthly residencies at Bogotá's premier venues like KAPUTT, EL COQ, and ASILO BAR. He has also graced parties featuring world-class artists such as Vitalic, DJ Hell, Anthony Rother,
David Carretta, Terence Fixmer, Curses, Skelesys, Rodion & Justine, among others.
OWLDISCO's talents have taken him beyond Colombia's borders, with invitations to showcase his skills in cities like Mexico City at "Real Under" and Panama City.
Furthermore, his prowess has been recognized on an international scale, with appearances on esteemed radio shows like Red Light Radio (NE) in 2019.
Additionally, OWLDISCO is the co-founder and director of the label MOON CONTACT, further solidifying his influence and presence in the electronic music scene.
